This food court was so mobbed with people long lines at every restaurant. Once you get your food there is even a longer line for the cashiers. Weird the individual restaurants don't take money/credit cards.
Being a July 4th weekend it was expected to be crazy busy. On a positive note, lots of restaurant choices. -

I fly in for work every week and I love flying with JetBlue but Terminal 5 CIBO Express Gourmet Market has serious issues with line check-out and their overall operation.
You get your food fairly fast and they do have some nice options to choose from but cashier ladies, their staff and some of the cooks are rude and don't actually understand they are in a service industry.
They have huge coffee spills or food spills every-time I go because people wait so long in line they end up dropping their hot coffee or food on the floor (People are carrying bags ).
As soon as you get to the cashiers you are greeted by a pack of angry snakes . Not that bad and don't want to be dramatic but they are very unfriendly.
Do yourself a favor and take the time to go to a Terminal Restaurant and avoid this place! -

I am sure everyone cringes when they are sucked into high priced mediocre food in most food courts at airports. The JetBlue CIBO airport was no different in this case.
It was midday, I was hungry and submitted to the fact that I would have to buckle down and grab a snack at the food court. While everything on the various stalls board looks promising, I knew I would be getting something entirely different. I grabbed a cal zone from one of the food court stalls, which in all honestly looked good, but it was far from it. No need to gripe about pricing as one expects a higher cost at an airport. The problem came down to the bland flavoring and borderline cold pocket. I am very accustomed to the typical top of the mouth burning sensation due to extremely hot cal zones, but when I bit into this one, I questioned if it had even been baked. I brought it back only for the employee to question me as if I was trying to get another free meal off him. He slid it into the oven after a short wait, but pulled it out quite quickly to get some other customers cal zones in the oven. Not the end of the world, but hey at least it was slightly warmer. It just was really an awkward situation to tell you the truth.
This experience is not to take away from the multitude of other vendors here, but honestly nothing looked that great, but I cannot judge a book by its cover though. I'd say if needed, stop, but there are so many wonderful food options if your final destination is NYC. -

I think this was the most disgusting "meal " I've ever had. The water had soap in it, the pancakes were microwaved, and eggs were almost like plastic. The food is not edible. It also took over 30 minutes and we almost missed our flight.
JetBlue... are you serious? -

World bean close to gate 6 jet blue terminal- arrived for early flight needed coffee. Bad and unfriendly service , while on line the two people working there talking amongst themselves and not about work! We finally order the woman puts the coffee on counter as i pick up the top falls off hot coffee on hand. While i realize we all make mistakes , not an apology or acknowledgement was offered. They are in the service business common decency would've been to at least offer an apology instead she had this blank look on her face. Although I don't expect much at the airport for freshness etc. I do expect a business to provide service to a customer.
